Kodiak drinkware provides long-lasting temperature control depending on conditions and usage without overpromising fixed durations.
Will it fit my cup holders?
Most of our drinkware fits standard cup holders up to 75mm diameter. Exceptions are the Cascade bottle and 414 Mug, which are larger, up to 95mm.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, our drinkware is dishwasher safe.
Can I use it for hot and cold?
Yes, it is designed for both hot and cold beverages.
Are the caps interchangeable?
Only the 350ml Sip Cup and 470ml Sip Cup have interchangeable lids.
Is my drinkware scratch-proof?
Kodiak drinkware is made from high-quality stainless steel with a durable finish designed to resist scratches in daily use, but it is not completely scratch-proof.
Can I use my drinkware for carbonated drinks?
Yes, most of the lids in the Kodiak drinkware range include a pressure release function, which allows them to safely handle hot, cold, and carbonated drinks during normal use. The Cascade Bottle is an exception and does not have this pressure release feature.
What makes it leakproof or spillproof?
Leakproof drinkware uses secure screw-on lids and seals to prevent leaks, while spillproof designs use flip-top lids with locks or tight sliding closures to help prevent accidental spills.
Can I microwave or freeze it?
No, microwaving stainless steel drinkware is unsafe and may cause sparks or fire hazards. Freezing is not recommended due to potential thermal shock and damage from abrupt temperature changes.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?
For drinkware, it covers cracks or fractures, chips or sharp edges, mold marks or seams affecting appearance or sealing, distorted shapes causing poor lid fit, defective or missing seals and gaskets, surface imperfections weakening the structure, lid defects such as faulty locks or hinges, misaligned neck openings, and insulation failure.
What are the warranty exclusions?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect or improper cleaning, or issues related to cooler performance such as ice retention beyond manufacturer defect.
