Shipping Policy
1. Free Shipping Offers
1.1. Kodiak offers free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $149 AUD.
1.2. Additionally, free shipping is provided on all 15, 22, 32, and 42 litre hard coolers, regardless of order value.
1.3. This free shipping offer is subject to change at any time. All orders processed during a free shipping promotion will be fulfilled according to the terms of the offer.
2. Standard Post Delivery Times
2.1. The average delivery times for standard shipping within Australia are:
- 4-7 business days for most areas including country regions.
- 7-10 business days for Western Australia country areas, far North Queensland, and most of the Northern Territory outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
2.2. Please note these delivery timeframes are estimates only and based on Australia Post guidelines.
2.3. For tracking and peace of mind, all packages within Australia are sent via a tracked Australia Post service. If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising where your parcel can be collected.
2.4. Tip: If you work full-time during business hours, consider providing a work address including a business name to ensure successful delivery.
3. Express Post
3.1. Express Shipping is available through Australia Post for a flat rate of $20 AUD.
3.2. Typically, express orders are delivered the next business day after dispatch, subject to Australia Post’s express shipping coverage.
3.3. Please note that deliveries from our NSW warehouse to Western Australia or Northern Territory are not covered by the Express Post Next Business Day Guarantee and may take several business days.
4. Payment via PayPal e-Cheque
4.1. Orders paid via PayPal e-Cheque will not be dispatched until the payment clears, which can take 3-5 business days.
4.2. Processing and shipping times start only after payment clearance. This is not an instant service, and orders cannot be processed until payment is finalized.

5. Changes to Orders / Cancelling Orders
5.1. Please carefully check all billing and shipping information before placing your order, as orders are processed quickly and changes cannot be made once accepted.
5.2. This includes changes to styles, colours, or sizes.
5.3. We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch but cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt.
5.4. To enquire about changes or cancellations, please contact our Customer Service team.
6. Late Deliveries
6.1. You will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
6.2. Use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to check your delivery ETA.
6.3. Postal delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control. If you have concerns, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
6.4. If you have not received your tracking number or experience delivery issues, please contact our Customer Service team.
7. Orders Returned to Sender
7.1. Please ensure your delivery information is accurate when placing your order.
7.2. If Australia Post attempts delivery and is unsuccessful, you must collect your package from the specified Post Office within the nominated timeframe.
7.3. Orders returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to collect may incur additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.
